By accessing or using CommodityWatch, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone else who accesses the service.

You may use the service for your own internal research, analysis and monitoring. You may not resell, redistribute or systematically republish CommodityWatch content or data without permission.

CommodityWatch is an information tool, not a financial adviser, broker or investment platform. Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice, trading recommendations or a solicitation to buy or sell any commodity, security or derivative.

Data is sourced from public and institutional sources and may be delayed, revised or subject to errors. Always verify critical figures against the original source before making decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CommodityWatch and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you did not pay anything.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms, security concerns or operational reasons. You may also delete your account at any time through the account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
