CommodityWatch prioritises public, official, or institutionally disclosed sources. The displayed source
tiers are operational product metadata: US government public-domain data ,
Creative Commons–licensed institutional content , official public institutional
releases , and terms-sensitive third-party or exchange disclosures .
Paid assessment values are not reproduced. Coverage gaps and excluded market surfaces
are stated in the limitations of the relevant live or partial dataset. Roadmap and internal-only
datasets are not presented as product coverage.
The Terms Sensitive label indicates exchange or third-party institutional data
where CommodityWatch uses only publicly-stated headline figures, but where data licensing terms
exist and users consulting or reusing this data independently should review those terms.
CommodityWatch does not claim bulk redistribution rights over exchange data.
Legal and source classifications shown here are operational descriptions, not legal advice.
They reflect CommodityWatch's assessment of each source at the time of implementation.
